SMS Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you are enrolled in the Nave House SMS service, we store:

• Your phone number
• Your name (as provided by the system administrator)
• Message history (sent and received messages)
• Opt-in and opt-out status and timestamps

2. How we use your information

Your information is used solely to:

• Send you SMS notifications, alerts, and reminders
• Process your replies and requests
• Honor opt-out requests
• Maintain message logs for troubleshooting

3. Data storage and security

Phone numbers and message data are stored on private, self-hosted infrastructure. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. Access is limited to the system administrator.

4. Third-party sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or message data with any third parties. The only external service involved is Twilio, which processes message delivery as our SMS provider. Twilio's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.

5. Data retention

Message history is retained for up to 12 months for troubleshooting and system operation. Opt-out records are retained for 10 years as required by applicable regulations. You may request earlier deletion of message history by contacting the system administrator.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP
• Request a copy of data associated with your phone number
• Request deletion of your message history
• Request removal from the system entirely

7. Children's privacy

This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

Updates to this privacy policy will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
