Nave House provides an SMS notification service operated as part of a private home automation and AI assistant system. The service sends text messages including alerts, reminders, and informational notifications to enrolled household members.
This service is available only to household members. There is no public registration.
You may opt in to receive messages by texting JOIN to our number, or by providing verbal consent to the system administrator. By opting in, you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from Nave House at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by texting STOP.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START. For help, reply HELP.
Message frequency varies based on system activity, typically 1-10 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Nave House does not charge for messages sent.
Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability. Nave House does not guarantee delivery of any specific message and is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
This service is intended for household communication only. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to send messages to numbers not enrolled in the system.
Nave House reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS service at any time. Changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.
The SMS service is provided "as is" without warranty. Nave House is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including missed alerts or notifications.
